Letter #12

Hello, hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving last week!

One question we've been asking people a lot recently is how the gospel has blessed their lives and I've really been pondering  over this myself this past week as well.  There are tons of blessings that I have received in my life, such as family, friends, a warm home, good food, as well as being able to go to church and partake of the sacrament each week, the gift of the Holy Ghost, temples, scriptures, General Confernce talks, Christ and His Atonement, and the list goes on and on.

I'm thankful for all the people here in Parowan too, we get taken care of pretty well here. We've got a ton of food from this past week, our kitchen barely has enough room to hold all of it!

Nancy was able to get baptized this past Saturday and it feels so good, not just because its my first baptism on the mission but also to see how happy she is now.

The rest of the week was pretty good, Parowan threw a great Christmas party thing in the park one day, we did a gift wrapping booth for all the tourists and later that night we even got to take pictures with Santa Clause! I told him my wish was to have another baptism, of course.

That's about all, thank all you guys again for being such great friends and for everything else, have a great week!
