Yo what's up everybody! We're quarter of the way done already! Only 18 more months to go! Also this transfer is up, it absolutely jusr flew by.  So we got transfer news last night and turns out I get to stay another transfer here in Kanab! Elder Smith sadly got kicked out, he's going to St. George somewhere but best of luck to him! It was a fun 12 weeks with yah buddy! My new companion is Elder Brown, don't know too much about him but it should be all good.  This last week was great, again nothing too much went on, just doing a lot of contacts and door knocking. It was all pretry normal until Sunday which was a blast. First we gave a talk in Orderville 1st ward about the Sermon on the Mount and how Christ's teachings has helped on the mission, which went great, giving a talk is such easier now out on the mission. Also, after the Young Single Adult sacrament meeting, Michael McDonald (I forgot if I've already told you guys about him, if not he's an investig...

How's it going everybody? This week has been a little better for us, we were finally able to go out and work finally! I've got some bad news though, Daisons baptism didn't end up happening, he decided he wasn't ready for baptism yet and asked us to try again later. On top of that Tikva said she didn't want to take the lessons anymore for the time being so that's a bummer. We will keep trying with both of them though, the wards here are doing a great job of reaching out and fellowshipping them! Please keep Daison and Tikva in your prayers! We were able to meet with another person this week, her name is Ann and turns out she lives right behind us. She is amazing though, she loves the church and the community, she has a few minor things holding her back from joining. But with some time she'll come around.  This weekend Kanab put on a event called Ballons and Toons, they had a bunch of hot air balloons and bands and street vendors and booths. There was also a ...

Well guys, I don't have much to say this week for real this time. Anyways, Elder Smith got sick last Monday evening and stayed sick all the way through Friday. He spent his time in bed and I spent my time staring at the wall, playing with a Rubiks cube, cleaning, some contacting, basically not much at all. I did listen to like 40 of Elder Hollands talks though, it was almost like general conference again. Anyways, this past week was a little rough. I have no idea how missionaries during Covid did it, a week is bad enough, I can't imagine 2 years staying in the apartment.  We were able to go back out Saturday though and let me tell yah, best day ever! Knocking doors never felt so good. Sunday we gave some talks in church and had a lesson with Tikva, which went pretty well. We were talking about baptism and she finally opened up with some questions and concerns and we were like "Yes! Finally!!" The discussion we had was amazing and I know that she was able to feel the...

Hey guys! Anybody else feel like time is speeding up? These past two weeks felt like someone hit the 7x fast button. If this keeps up, 2 years will be up in no time.  One of my favorite parts of the week this week was one of our lessons with Daison. We had 2, one on Thursday and then another on Saturday and the second one was a blast! We went over the commandments, such as pray often, read your scriptures, the 10 commandments, tithing, etc, and made it in to an activity where we had these cups that we covered with tissue paper with the different commandments in them, taped them to a board, and had Daison shoot through the tissue paper with a nerf gun. Whichever one he shot through we would explain the commandment inside. Sorry if that didn't make any sense. It was a blast though, he sure does love his nerf guns!  Another great lesson we had was with Tikva. I don't remeber if I've already told you guys about her yet but if not I'll tell you now. She is married to a guy...
