Letter #33

What's up everybody! This is super late (all my emails are late really), so I'll just give you a quick run down of the week!

The past month or so the teaching pool in Ephraim has been taking a beating, so Elder Stucki and I  have spent a lot of our time knocking doors, walking around, and talking to anybody and everybody searching for people to teach. We haven't had too much success yet, but we have made a lot of positive contacts! It had been such a blessing to share the light of Christ to all that we come in contact with!

We've also been able to have quite a few nonmember lessons, we had a couple with a kid named Kayden and he is awesome! He was on date to be baptized this last saturday but decided he wasn't ready so it ended up not happening. He's got some rough situations and influences at home but he loves meeting with us and we love meeting with him, so we'll keep working on him!

Another kid we're working with is named Niko he also has some rough situations but he is on date for may 13th!

Also, not gonna lie, but this past week had its struggles. It was hard to stay motivated and hard to build up the desire and the faith to work but the thing that made the most difference was morning scripture study. There were a few days where I didn't put as much focus or effort into my scriptures as i should have and those days were the hardest. When I did put effort into learning from my studies, those days were still hard, but I got through them a lot better! So my invitation to you would be to take some time every day to study the Word of God and to talk to Him through prayer! The Lord loves effort and I promise that it WILL help!

That's about it for now, here are some pictures from the week!
